Payment and Shipping

Orders are processed Monday to Friday and will be dispatched within 1-2 business days. Please note that any orders placed after 10am will be dispatched on the following business day. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following business day. Soulti are not responsible for the theft or damage of a parcel once it has been delivered. All items are sent using registered post, so you can track your item.

 
International

 

International orders will take 10-21 business days. They will be sent via Registered International Post. You will be able to track in the event your parcel is missing or late.

Please allow up to 21 business days for your order to arrive. Orders not received within this time frame will not be eligible for late/missing enquiry until this time has passed. Any exchanges from outside of Australia will require an additional $25 AUD international postal fee.

Redelivery

Soulti is not responsible for any import charges, duties or taxes for international sales. In some cases, packages can be delayed due to matters outside of our control. If your parcel is delayed, please email us and we will get back to you as soon as we can. Soulti is not responsible for lost or stolen packages if confirmed delivery. The customer accepts full responsibly for any loss or damage to these items. The customer is responsible if their package gets redirected to Soulti headquarters marked as unclaimed and does not offer free shipping back to the customer

Returns & Refunds

Faulty Garments will be addressed privately by contacting Soulti on the email listed below. Garments can be exchanged or a refund given with proof of fault provided by the customer.  Quality is a high value at Soulti, so we would like you to contact us directly so we can address this issue and give you the high quality product expected.
